Refund and Returns Policy

At Clothim Lifestyle, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality fashion and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so we have designed the following policies to assist you.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on quick processing to get your order to you as fast as possible.

  • Time Frame: Cancellation requests are only accepted if made within 30 minutes of placing the order.
  • Processing: Once this window has passed, or if your order has already been processed with our vendors and shipping has initiated, we are unable to cancel the request.
  1. Returns & Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer monetary refunds to original payment methods. However, we want to ensure you are happy with your experience.

  • Store Credit: If you wish to return a product, we provide Store Credit in the form of a discount coupon. Its only applicable for damaged or defective products.
  • Deductions: Please note that a standard deduction of Rs. 200 will be applied to the store credit to cover shipping and reverse logistics costs.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.

  • Reporting: You must report the issue to our Customer Service Team at support@clothim.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Proof: To validate your claim, you are required to provide a video of unpacking the product immediately after receipt. Claims without video proof may not be entertained.
  • Product Mismatch: If the product significantly differs from the website image, please contact us within 48 hours. Our team will review the case and provide a resolution.
  1. No Returns & No Size Exchanges

  • Policy: We follow a Strict No-Returns and No-Exchange Policy.
  • Reasoning: Since each item is customized and printed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Size issues (please check the size chart carefully before ordering).
    • Color preferences.
    • Change of mind.
  • All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective.
