Return & Exchange Policy
At Clothim, we strive to deliver high-quality printed and customized T-shirts. Please read our Return & Exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
As most of our products are customized and printed on demand, returns are generally not accepted. However, returns or replacements may be approved in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged
• There is a printing defect
• An incorrect product or size was delivered
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or personalized T-shirts (unless defective)
• Products with size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer
• Products damaged due to improper use or washing
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrectly delivered products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and product images. Once approved, further instructions will be shared. Products sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before printing has started. Once the order is processed or printed, cancellation will not be possible.
